Between Visits

You will have approximately one or more weeks between each of your appointments. Here are several recommendations for improving your healing progress between appointments.

Take your herbs and supplements every day

You may be given several herbal formulas and supplements to take and use each day.

The first herbal formula is the Lyme Elimination formula.
This combination of herbs is customized to address your most important symptoms of pain, fatigue, or mental fog. These herbs have anti-bacteria, anti-toxin, and target hard to reach areas of your body.

The second herbal formula is the Immune Enhancer formula.
This combination of herbs is primarily for helping your immune system to fight infection, reduce inflammation, and heal the nervous system. These herbs are taken up to three times a day.

The third herbal formula is the Xstrong Anti-Toxin formula.
This combination of herbs is primarily for neutralizing toxins, helping your body eliminate toxins, and protecting important organs from toxins like your liver. Take these herbs whenever you notice that you feel fatigue, Lyme pain, or a Herx reaction. Continue taking these herbs in 20 – 60 minute intervals until you notice significant relief.

You may receive additional herbs, essential oils, liposomal supplements to address troubling symptoms, memory problems, co-infections, or concentration difficulties.

You may receive additional moxabustion herbs for relieving joint and muscle aches and pains.

Self healing practices

One of the most important tools for relieving pain and fatigue is the self-healing tool of Remembrance. Remembrance is simply receiving healing support from the Highest Source of Healing. Receiving healing support is achieved through selecting a name or phrase for the Highest Source of Healing. If you have a spiritual tradition, use a name that helps you to connect to a Healing Source greater than yourself.

Examples are:

  • God
  • Great Spirit
  • Elohim
  • Allah
  • Tankesheila
  • The One

If you don’t have a spiritual tradition, then use words that describe an experience of being at your best or most creative. Or an experience of being connected to something greater and more healing than yourself.  Examples are:

  • Universe
  • Unconditional Love
  • The Essence of Everything
  • Peace, Purity, and Wisdom
  • Infinite Beauty

Once you have a name or phrase for connecting to and receiving from your Highest Source of Healing, you can use this tool in two different ways. The first way is to receive healing directly.

Receiving healing directly

Set aside a period of time ranging from 15 to 60 minutes in length. Turn off all distractions. You can set a timer to let you know when your time period is up. Sit in a comfortable position. Slowly and quietly repeat the name or phrase of the Highest Source of Healing. Allow yourself to relax and receive. You can move your position to be as comfortable as possible. At the end of your time, notice what is different in your body symptoms, thoughts, and emotions.

Here is how to use Remembrance for pain and fatigue relief.

Receiving healing for pain, discomfort, or fatigue

Set aside a period of time ranging from 15 to 60 minutes in length. Have a blank journal and a pen in reach. Turn off all distractions. You can set a timer to let you know when your time period is up. Sit in a comfortable position. Select one symptom of pain, discomfort, or fatigue that you would like to receive healing for. Let yourself feel the symptom. If the symptom could express it self, what would it say, sound like, move, write, or draw?

Let yourself make the sound of the symptom, and/or move your body according to how it wants to express. Or you can take your pen in your non-dominant hand (if you are right handed, put it in your left hand and vice-versa) and write out what the symptom is saying. Continue expressing the symptom until it changes.

If you find the symptom is not changing much, then try a different way to express it. You can use a different sound, movement, or writing out in big letters what it is saying.

Once you notice a change in the symptom, slowly and quietly repeat the name or phrase of the Highest Source of Healing. Allow yourself to relax and receive. You can move your position to be as comfortable as possible. At the end of your time, notice what is different in your body symptoms, thoughts, and emotions.

Making daily journal entries of your changes, insights, and questions

Take time to record your experiences, flashes of insight, and questions each day. You can bring your Goodbye Lyme Journal to your treatment sessions to help us in guiding your treatment more effectively, answering your questions, and celebrating your successes (very important!).
