Peter

My name is Dr Peter Kassner, I’m a doctor of Naturopathic medicine. I’ve been in practice for nine years. If you are thinking about taking this course, do it.

Question: Why did you come to this training course?

I’ve had Lyme disease myself since I was 13. I started to see you as a client about six months ago. I was really impressed with your ability to deal with people with profound pain and profound illness. From getting to know you as a client, I realize there is tremendous potential in your class for me to deal with people that are profoundly ill in my own clinic. People who have difficulty recovering from Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia. I see application of your course for all those patients.

Question: What did you like most about the Stopping Persistent Lyme Disease Training Program?

What I liked most was the depth of the information that you provided and your ability to link it to clinically relevant issues that I’m having in my practice. I feel like I’m walking home with a lot of information that is way beyond the price of the class.

Question: What kind of tools did you get that you can apply right away as a result of the training program?

Almost too many to enumerate. The Chinese medicine terminology, the Gu Syndrome, assessing clients, and then being able to assess them as you go through therapy as you start to apply modalities, the unique application of cupping, bloodletting, the unique take on herbal applications, all of those are invaluable. Particularly the way you created the context of their application.

Not just their traditional application, but your intermingling of the scientific research that has been discovered about those herbs made it very relevant for me and easily accepted.

Question: Any one feature you liked the most about the program?

I think the feature I liked the most about the program itself wasn’t just the quantity of the material provided, but the way you provided it. It was a very relaxed, easy going atmosphere where it was easy to cover a lot of material in a short period of time and still not feel completely toasted or burned out from having covered so much material. I think you did that really well.

Question: Three biggest benefits of the program?

The three biggest benefits are:

My clients are going to see a significant return value. They are going to start getting better. That is why I felt the urgency to come because I’ve got a subset of clients that are just not getting better. What I kept seeing over and over as we went through the class is that is my patient here, that’s my patient here. Answers, answers, answers. And I’ve been scratching my head, “What am I going to do for them?” Everything I’ve done isn’t enough. Now I have some better ideas what that is.

As soon as these people get results, they are going to bring their friends. This is such a growing demographic that needs help everywhere in the world.

Question: How was I to work with?

You’re great to work with. Your demeanor and how you carry things in class was fantastic. Just a wealth of information. Your approach of allowing other practitioners to give feedback about how they are actively approaching. It turned it into a group learning experience instead of a one way lecture. There is a tremendous amount of value, information that came from the collective group. I think that is pretty unique to the field as far as continuing education classes that I have taken.

Question: Is there any one incident give you that impression?

I really like the case studies that you went through. Where you took patients of yours and ran through their medical histories, signs and symptoms and presentation that they had. And then you worked through us as your students, “what would we do?” And then you took what we would do and contrasted it with what you did and the end result. I know for me there were lots of light bulbs going off. Oh, oh, oh. I’ve always done this, if I change it to look at this way a little bit, I can really see a much better result.

The types of case histories you brought up are like cases that I’m just like I don’t know if I should even see this patient, I don’t know what to do. And now I have a feeling like I look at it differently from your perspective, I do know what to do.

Question: Would you recommend the Stopping Persistent Lyme Disease Training Program?

I would recommend it to anyone who is even thinking they might see a Lyme disease patient. Or a difficult to heal patient. It’s worth every penny.

Question: Anything else you would like to add?

I wanted to thank you personally for allowing me to come and take this class. And for all the work and effort you’ve put in putting this class together. Because now you are taking that information and expanding it to a broader reach. Without that, I don’t think that I as a patient would be well enough to continue school much less my practice. As a student of yours now, I can spread it to the part of the country that I am in and help more people. For that I am eternally grateful.
