"Focus on getting in as many greens and vegetables as possible. So focus on about 75% greens and vegetables and 25% fruits. You can use any combo above that you enjoy. The focus should be on the vegetables and the greens and less on the fruit, " says Jenna, our nutrition expert here at LR&HC.

Jenna's Recipe #1:

Few cups of kale
Few cups of spinach
1 large cucumber
5-6 stalks celery
1-2 apples 
1-4-1/2 lemon

Jenna's Recipe #2:

1-2 small apples or 1 large
1 thumb of ginger
1 thumb of turmeric
4-5 large carrots
1/2 a bunch of celery

Jenna's Recipe #3:

1-2 beets
3-4 carrots
2 apples
1 thumb of ginger (optional)

Jenna's Recipe #4:

12-16 ounces mixed greens or romaine 
1 large cucumber
1/2 lemon
